Our goal is to help you develop your idea into a physical prototype. We provide the access to the tools and the experience to optimize your creative efforts.
At Scale 7 Labs we provide the assistance to use the 3d printers and in order to proceed you should have a digital file with the 3d model in any 3d software format and with dimensions smaller than our printers' build volumes.
In order to lasercut you should provide the drawing in a digital file. We don't convert drawings into digital files. You should use a vector graphic software and draw your sketch in a 2d digital file (i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, or others) with continuous vector paths and dimensions in mm.
We provide standards materials for 3d printers. If you need special filaments and resins we can buy them for you. For other materials like fabric, wood, cardboard to be used on the lasercut, we can direct you to local vendors.
Not all materials are compatible with our 3dprinters and lasercut, please send us an email with type of material you want to use before purchasing it, in order to verify its compatibility.
Lasercut and 3d printers have a cost depending on how long it takes to print or cut your object. The cost may vary if the files needs some adjustment by our operator and also the type of material you want to use.
To get a quote, send us your file and a description on how you'd like to be the final result. This information will only be used to provide an accurate quote.
At Scale 7 we are focused on prototyping and we're not optimised for production.
